General sex dysfunction (frigidity)
Women
suffering from this dysfunction experiences very few or no pleasure when
sexually stimulated. It’s the worst female sex dysfunction. Results are
good with psychotherapy and sexual therapy together.
Orgasmic dysfunction (Anorgasmia)
The
patient can not achieve orgasm. A big amount of women suffer from it.
Results are good.
Situational orgasmic dysfunction (Situational anorgasmia)
A lot
of women suffer from it. Cannot achieve orgasm during sexual intercourse.
Usually solved with sexual therapy.
Vaginismus
Characterized by an involuntary contraction of the muscles around the
vagina. Percentage of women suffering from it is very little. Therapy
solves 100% of the cases.
Lack
of sexual desire
Suffered by a high percentage of women population. Refers to a low level
of sexual desire and interest manifested by a failure to initiate or be
responsive to a partner's initiation of sexual activity. Multidimensional
therapy shows good results.
Genophobia
This
phobia is frequent. Women suffering from it avoid having sex. Results are
good with a multidimensional therapy.
Sexual identity problems
These
are less frequent than other sexual problems. Characterized by being
sexually attracted to members of either sex. To solve this situation, a
multidimensional view is required, as this dysfunction is more difficult
to solve than others.
Sexual aversion
Not a
frequent dysfunction in which women feel repugnance when having sex with
their partner even when they love their partner and get on well together.
This dysfunction has a solution using an adequate therapy.
Paraphilias
Almost
every sexual deviation variations must be faced with psychotherapy to
solve them.
Dyspareunia
When
found psychological origin, an adequate therapy usually solves this
dysfunction.
Couple therapy
Therapist provide emotional stability to one or both members in order to
eliminate conflicts. Further on any conflict shall be solved in a rational
way. Usually this therapy shows good results.
